Rob is a graduate of the University of Colorado (B.S. 1982) and Florida State University College of Law (J.D., with honors, 1992). Mr. Samouce emphasizes his practice in the areas of the law of condominiums, homeowners associations, business and corporations, estate planning and general civil litigation (with concentration on construction defect litigation). He is an active member of the Condominium and Planned Development Committee of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Section of The Florida Bar; and a member of the Real Property and Trial Lawyers Sections of the Collier County Bar Association. He is the past President of the Community Associations Institute of Southwest Florida and a member of the Naples Gulf Shore Rotary. Rob enjoys golf, travel and snow skiing.
Al is a graduate of Boston University (B.A. 1989, M.A. 1993) and Northeastern University School of Law (J.D. 1998). Mr. Gal concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, litigation involving condominiums, cooperatives and other community associations. He is a member of the Condominium and Planned Development Committee of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Section of the Florida Bar and the Collier County Bar Association. He is also admitted to the United States District Court of Florida, Middle and Southern Districts and is a certified civil circuit and county mediator. He is President- Elect of the Naples North Rotary Club and a former Director for Catholic Charities of Collier County. He is a former Chairman of the Collier County Environmental Advisory Council and is a past President of the Friends of Rookery Bay. He is also a practitioner of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai.
Stephen is a graduate of Florida State University (B.S. 2009) and Stetson University College of Law (J.D. 2011). Mr. Samouce concentrates his practice and is competent in the areas of collection and lien law, condominium and homeowners associations and pre-enforcement anti-trust law compliance. He is a member of the Administrative Law, Business Law and Real Property Probate and Trust Divisions of the Florida Bar.
